Phone-button activity
When you tap a phone number on this website, the site may record that activity. Rapid accidental repeat taps are limited.

Incomplete forms
A visitor types details into a form and leaves the page without sending it, or the send fails.

The browser sends it as the page closes. An email goes to the business only when a usable phone number or email address was typed.
Visit attribution cookie
The first page view from a browser (search engine crawlers are skipped).

First-party and readable only by the site's server. It is read back when the visitor sends a form or taps a phone number, so the business knows how the visitor found the site.
The first-party cookie src21b can remain for 90 days. It is read by the website server.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores service forms, phone-button activity and incomplete-form records before notifications are sent. Resend delivers notification emails to the business. The customer-management connection is pending; if connected, it can receive service requests and phone-button records.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, phone-button taps and accepted request counts. Google receives this usage information as a third-party analytics provider. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga, to distinguish browser visits; these can remain for up to two years. Browser settings can block or remove cookies. A phone-button tap does not tell us whether a call connected. We do not send the name, phone number, email address or message entered in a service form to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website configuration.
Retention
Form submissions, call taps and unsent forms are stored without an automatic expiry and are kept until the business deletes them.
- the IP address (the /48 network for IPv6) with a counter is retained up to 1 hour, in the hosting provider's edge cache to limits repeated submissions and taps from one address.
- a one-way hash of the phone number (or email address) and the service is retained 10 minutes, in the hosting provider's storage to merges a double submission into one request.
Browser storage
The browser keeps limited visit, phone-button and offer-display preferences in session storage. This helps identify the landing page, limit accidental repeat taps and avoid repeatedly showing the same offer.
